Using Android App Light Meter - Lux Meter by Coolexp using Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 5G Pro

Not calibrated but compared.
Above ground, halogen h4 light at beam, around 0.6 m above ground. around the height of the lamp at the Perodua Viva car. 80 lux reading at 15 m. Spherical Lumen is 226,000.

16 LED light, 14 lux at 15 m. Spherical Lumen is 40,000.

8 LED version, 10 Lux at 15 m. Spherical Lumen is 28,000.

H4 Halogen: 135 m
Sopping Sight Distance speed 79 km/h.

16 LED headlight: 55 m

The back of the LED board is screwed to the steel mount without any thermal paste. Heat transfer can improve by adding thermal paste used for CPU.

The LED s are measured to be 3.5 mm X 2.8 mm.

The 3528 is at the bottom end of SND LED lights.

I find watching this video boring but the links are userful and the linked tutorial very helpful.
