 Vacuum forming is fast but not reliable. Also wasteful in materials.

Using buck metal and clamps is much more reliable and can utilize all the acrylic sheets.

Best Free CFD Tutorial: FreeCAD Openfoam CFD Workbench

I find watching this video boring but the links are userful and the linked tutorial very helpful.
