 Today, as we increasingly become aware of the ergonomics associated with sleep and rest, a standard height has emerged. The range of 20 to 23 inches is not a random figure but a carefully considered measurement, especially when it comes to the comfort of the elderly.

Minimum height of car seats should be 50 cm.

I find watching this video boring but the links are userful and the linked tutorial very helpful.
